Friday: Date night, Temple and dinner
Saturday: Soup and Salad bar for lunch (Isabel's baptism), Birthday dinner that night--eat out

Ran out of time today, so I didn't get to make Crystal's enchilada recipe. I'm drooling over it, so I'll have to try it next week.
Ended up making ravioli casserole instead. So easy.
