Chicken breasts
1 c. rice
1 1/4 c. water
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can cream of chicken
Mix all of the above ingredients together, and lay chicken breasts on top (can dip in butter first for extra flavor). Bake 1 hour at 350. You could also cook this in a crock pot.
Serve with rhodes rolls--put in muffin tin and let rise for 5 hours. This is a great meal for Sundays.
