Jumbleberry Smoothies

1 c. mixed frozen or fresh berries
1 or 1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
2-3 c. low fat vanilla frozen yogurt.

Add berries to the bottom of the blender. Pour milk over the top and blend together. Add sugar and frozen yogurt. Blend until smooth. You can add more or less milk and frozen yogurt depending on the amount and consistency that you want.
