Crepes

Crepes

2 eggs
1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil

Beat together until smooth. Fry on high heat.

Topping suggestions:
  • butter & syrup
  • jam/jelly
  • lemon juice and powdered sugar (my personal favorite)
  • nutella
